What courier do you use?

Deliveries to street addresses in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania will be sent via Star Track Express Courier Services.

Deliveries to the Northern Territories, PO Boxes and any other location not at a street address will be sent via Australia Post, Express Post Delivery.

We recommend you arrange your order from our courier to be delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it (eg: a workplace or business). If shipping to your workplace or business, please include the Company Name and any further details required. (eg: department, floor number or level of the building) If you are not available at the address during the day, please leave detailed instructions with your order for where you would like the package left. (eg: "behind the plant" or "under the stairs") This will ensure our couriers leave your purchase as safe as possible.


What are the delivery costs?

As of July 1, 2011 our delivery cost is a flat fee of $7.95, including GST, per order within Australia for personal, non commericaial use.


Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 7-10 working days.


What if my parcel has not arrived in the estimated time?

Delivery times commence from the time the parcel is dispatched from Elixia®, rather than from the date your order is placed. "Working days" are based on Melbourne, Australia time Monday to Friday only and does not include public holidays.

Where does Elixia® deliver to?

Elixia® ships goods Australia wide. Presently we do not accept international orders through our website, however please contact us at info@elixia.com.au or 1.300.ELIXIA to enquire about a special international order.
