Elixia® offers our customers exceptional service with quality products. It is our policy that at all times we provide accurate information on our website, current products and pricing. Our standard delivery is between 1-5 business days and in the event a delay should occur due to products being available we will notify our customers within 2 business days to discuss alternative arrangements, refund or back order.
Elixia® will deliver products within Australia using Star Track Express Courier Service and Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat fee of $7.95. Standard deliver is 7-10 working days.
Elixia® can only ship within Australia. We are not responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred and restrictions set within countries. Any additional fees or changes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian dollars) Elixia® will dispatch orders once payment has been received and cleared All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable. Prices are subject to change effective immediately once posted on site.

All returned items must be returned "new and unused" - with the original packaging intact. We cannot accept a return of any used or opened items unless authorised by Elixia®.
